Refund policy

Signal Triage is a paid 45-minute private Zoom session. Payment is due at checkout. Booking confirmation and Zoom coordination occur after Shopify payment is completed.

Signal Triage fees are nonrefundable once paid, except where required by law or if DeepMoat cancels the session or is unable to provide the paid session.

One reschedule is included when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled Zoom time. A second reschedule may be approved at DeepMoat's discretion. Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If DeepMoat accepts and scopes deeper paid work after the session, the $375 Signal Triage fee will be credited toward a Signal Briefing or the next accepted paid scope. This credit is not cash, is not transferable, does not guarantee acceptance into deeper work, and has no refund value if DeepMoat does not accept or scope a next paid engagement.
