We call that Decision Intelligence. It may mean a better everyday workflow, a creative project, or an AI collaborator for part of your work. We agree the scope before work begins.

Yes. If you feel AI pressure and aren’t sure where to begin, this is a good place to start. Bring a question, an idea, or something in your work you would like to improve. You don’t need to choose a technology or arrive with an implementation plan.

Yes. Bring an idea, a task that takes too long, or a question you keep coming back to. You do not need to choose a model or write a technical brief. We will help you explore what could be useful and identify a practical next step. A detailed assessment or implementation plan is agreed separately.

We work with individuals, creative teams, business owners, professionals, and organizations exploring how AI could help. You can start with your own work or a wider team question. Signal Triage is the first conversation. Further work may be done by your team, another specialist, or deepmoat.ai under an agreed scope.

We call them AI collaborators. An AI collaborator can find information, draft, and carry out agreed steps with the tools you connect, much like the assistants and agents you may have heard about. The difference is how you work with it: your people direct it, review the work, and stay responsible for the results. We agree its role, access, human review, setup, and training before work begins. Typical Capacity & Buildout projects are $25K–$75K; larger projects are quoted.

Yes. We begin with the tools you already use and what you want to do. Better setup, practical guidance, or a connection between tools may be enough. Your approved documents, examples, and ways of working can make the results more useful. You may not need a new platform.

Not necessarily. An existing product, a different setup, or a better way of using your current tools may be enough. Custom work can help when your information or way of working needs something different. We consider the options, including the cost of running and maintaining them, before recommending a next step.

Yes. An agreed AI system can use relevant notes, documents, examples, and ways of working to support research, drafting, or questions about your business. We first agree what information it may use, who can access it, and how results will be checked. Please do not send private material through the initial intake.

Yes. Tell us what you would like to create. It could be a personal project, creative work, a product, or a new service. We will explore how AI could contribute. The next step might be an existing tool, a small experiment, or a separately scoped prototype.

We agree what a useful result looks like, then compare quality, time, errors, review effort, and actual use. We also consider setup, training, support, and supplier costs. A good demonstration is a starting point; the test is whether it helps in everyday work.

We can help you understand why. We look at the task, information, tools, working practices, and effort needed to check the results. A change to the setup may help. Sometimes a smaller task, a different approach, or waiting makes more sense. We explain the recommendation and the reasons behind it.

Yes. We can help you understand what a tool does, whether it fits your work, what information it needs, and what it takes to run. We consider integration, support, human review, and the ability to change providers. Signal Triage can identify the right questions; detailed legal, procurement, code, or security reviews are separate.

We consider those possibilities alongside confidentiality, access, and human review. Your people make every decision; we prepare the ground. Any private material is reviewed only within an agreed scope.

Yes. We can help identify what companies might share, such as training or tool evaluation, and what each company needs separately. Customers, information, systems, and people differ. Signal Triage can find a useful starting point; a multi-company assessment or implementation is scoped separately.

Signal Triage is a prepared, private 45-minute working session on Zoom. It costs $375. We discuss your question, offer useful ideas, and recommend next steps. A meeting summary is included. The fee is credited toward your next accepted paid deepmoat.ai scope. Detailed research, technical review, and implementation are separate engagements.

Yes. What you share stays confidential. What we create for you belongs to you. We don’t name clients without permission.

You meet our team, chosen around your question. Our core team is Keri Nakamoto, James Griffing, Joseph Rosenbaum, and Kurtis Nakamoto. Before the session, we review the context you share and relevant public information so the conversation begins with useful questions and ideas. We agree how to handle private background before requesting it.

A meeting summary captures the ideas discussed and our recommended next steps. You can revisit it, share it with your team, and use the guidance whether or not we work together again. A detailed technical review, roadmap, prototype, or implementation is agreed separately.

No. You can book directly. If you prefer, the optional AI intake creates a brief from a few questions about your situation and what you want to achieve. We use it to prepare for the meeting. Keep your answers high level; do not include confidential records or credentials.

Yes. On either booking path, select “I don’t have a public website” and enter your project or organization name instead. You can also arrange a session for someone else by choosing the option that describes your role. If the form does not fit your situation, email Keri Nakamoto with a short, non-confidential note.

Signal Triage costs $375. Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or if deepmoat.ai cancels or cannot provide the service. One reschedule is included with at least 24 hours’ notice. The fee is credited toward your next accepted paid scope. Further work is optional. The refund policy explains late cancellations, missed sessions, and credit conditions.

Signal Briefing is a deeper engagement for $10K plus expenses, with preparation, a working session, and written recommendations. Its scope is agreed in advance. Your Triage fee is credited if Briefing is your next accepted paid engagement.

Yes. Signal Desk is ongoing support from a team that knows your organization. It provides recurring reviews, direct access between agreed sessions, and reserved capacity. It starts at $180K per year, subject to qualification and an agreed scope. A smaller engagement may suit a single question better.

No. Signal Triage stands on its own. You can use the ideas and recommendations with your team, your current provider, or another specialist. We may recommend a smaller next step or waiting. Any further deepmoat.ai work is optional and proposed separately.

No. We are model agnostic and fluent across commercial, open-source, and video and multimodal models, including OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google Gemini. deepmoat.ai is an OpenAI Select Partner and a registered partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. These relationships support implementation when OpenAI or Claude fits; they do not decide the recommendation. We consider your goals, information, budget, and operating needs, and disclose relevant partner economics before you commit.

Share only enough context to explain your question. Do not send credentials, personal records, confidential client material, or unrestricted system access through the initial intake. We agree separately how private material will be handled. Your designated people retain responsibility for important decisions, approvals, and the ability to override or stop an AI system.
