Keri Nakamoto, James Griffing, Joseph Rosenbaum, and Kurtis Nakamoto make up our core team. We choose who joins around the question you bring, so commercial judgment and practical AI experience are both in the conversation.

What your session includes
Before the meeting

We review your company, the public information available, and the context you share, and prepare relevant questions and ideas. The optional AI intake turns five questions into an Intake Clarity Brief that helps focus the conversation.

During the meeting

Spend 45 minutes with at least two core team members. Together, we examine the options, challenge assumptions, and develop practical next steps.

After the meeting

Receive a written meeting summary covering the ideas discussed and our recommended next steps. You can use the guidance whether or not you work with DeepMoat again.
